Elisabeth Vealey is the founder of Sophius LLC, a CPA, strategic advisor and the creator of The Sophius Method - a strategic framework developed through real-world experience helping organizations stabilize, rebuild, and grow under pressure.
With more than 25 years of experience across finance, operations, banking, cooperative, nonprofit leadership, and executive advisory, Elisabeth is known for bringing clarity to complex situations and helping leaders move forward with confidence. Her career began with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, before expanding into executive leadership roles including CFO, launching the CFO consulting division of Robert Half International and SVP, WNY Market Leader at Key Private Bank.
Elisabeth has built a career at the intersection of finance, operations, leadership, and strategy. She is often called in during periods of transition, rapid growth, operational strain, or financial uncertainty to help organizations regain clarity, strengthen infrastructure, and move forward with confidence.
Throughout her career, Elisabeth became known not only for financial expertise, but for her ability to quickly identify what is breaking down beneath the surface of an organization - whether in cash flow, reporting structures, operational processes, leadership alignment, or communication. Her approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution.
